Being Active - Some Simple Tips
One of the simplest ways to enhance your weight loss is to increase the amount of physical activity you do in a day. Sounds simple!
To do this, you need to measure your current physical activity levels. We recommend you aim to gradually increase your physical activity.
One way of measuring physical activity is to use a pedometer. This device counts the number of steps you take as you do them. You wear the pedometer on the waistband of your clothes and it counts the steps as you walk. Simple and easy to use, and it counts for you!

Park further away from where you are going; |

Place the clothes basket 5 steps from the clothes line when hanging out the washing; |

Put your remote control in the cupboard or take the batteries out so you have to move to change the channels on the TV. |
By changing your behaviour in these simple ways, you will certainly notice the difference on your pedometer.
